The Yin-Yang Paper Effigy Shop

Do you know about paper effigies?

Whenever someone dies, don't their family members usually hire someone to make colorful paper figures?

Like paper people and horses, or paper houses.

Well, I run a paper effigy shop, and I've encountered quite a few strange things over the years.

People say that those who do business with the dead don't live long. I don't believe it.

I live by this: first comes fate, then luck, then feng shui; fourth, accumulate virtue; fifth, study; sixth, choose a spouse; seventh, choose a career; eighth, make friends with benefactors; and ninth, take care of your health.

In the yin-yang trade, you stake your life to make a living. The Three Deficiencies and Five Ailments make life and death hard to predict.

With my skill at making paper effigies, I guided countless lonely souls and spirits to the afterlife, never expecting that one day retribution would come for me.

Food for the dead... The living must never eat it!
