The Bodhisattva and the Stray Dog

A seemingly bright and gentle man who is actually a twisted, obsessive puppy VS a clearheaded, rational beauty who knows her own worth and keeps her emotions in check.

The first time Su Hemo met Chi Yuan, he introduced himself politely and modestly. “Miss Su, my name is Chi Yuan.”

The second time, Chi Yuan offered her a helping hand. “Miss Su, it's hard to get a taxi around here. If you don't mind, I can give you a ride. I'm going that way anyway.”

The third time, Chi Yuan coldly ordered his driver, “Hit him. That man.”

Later, he deliberately approached her, laying his plans carefully and scheming at every turn. He thought he had everything under control and could play with people's feelings as he pleased.

“She’s so devoted to her boyfriend. She must be pretty good at resisting temptation.”

Even at a friend's gathering, he casually said, “I want to see if a woman who's so high and mighty will come crawling back like a dog after I win her over and then dump her.”

Chi Yuan did manage to win Su Hemo over. But in the end, she was the one who dumped him. No matter how he got down on his knees like a dog, begging for mercy and another chance, he couldn't even get a glance from her.
