The Tang Dynasty's Lady Detective: The Record of Cleared Injustices

Qin Zhen, a female servant at the Jingzhao Prefecture in Chang'an, was knocked out during her night patrol. When she woke, she found herself in prison. Just then, Li Ye, a ruthless and cold-blooded imperial enforcer, was investigating a case in secret. Qin Zhen seized the opportunity to impress him with her talent and struck an unequal bargain with him, securing her release. She hoped they would never cross paths again. But fate had other ideas. After a corpse was found in a well at the imperial palace, Qin Zhen went there to investigate on behalf of her adoptive father, only to run into Li Ye. The bickering pair couldn't stand one another, yet they worked together seamlessly and seemed to read each other's minds. Just when they thought the case was closed and they'd never have anything to do with each other again, they had no idea it was only the first sinister laugh in the darkness.

Fourteen bloody cases followed one after another. As the gates of hell slowly opened, what awaited Qin Zhen and Li Ye?
