The Imperial Guard with a Cat

The Cat-Toting Imperial Guard: Tang Zhi is a spirited young man from a family of guards, but his greatest ambition is to become a street vendor. Then he meets Su Fu, a fat cat who claims to be an immortal and says he has come to repay a debt of gratitude, turning Tang Zhi’s life upside down. He follows in his father’s footsteps and becomes a guard after all, but suddenly his master has a chance to ascend the throne. With the times and the fat cat pushing him along, Tang Zhi limps down the irredeemable path of swindling and trickery, pretending to resist all the way.
