I Created Mythic Templates

Mysteries stirred, and the uncanny descended.

The once-prosperous paradise was divided by forbidden zones, while the howling, frenzied gibberish of monsters coiled through its lifeless streets.

A blood moon hung overhead, and colossal silhouettes drifted through the darkness. The shadow of an evil god loomed over this world on the verge of collapse, while the surviving humans clung to life in cities like graveyards.

Su Heng, terminally ill, entered a dream and became an editor of mythic templates.

And so, a glimmer of hope dawned on this desperate world.

A golden serpent long enough to encircle the world; a demon with the power of thunder and nine immense, cloud-mountain-sized tails; a cataclysmic dragon whose body was hotter than the sun; and a Dark Star Titan as massive as a planet, held together by gravity.

The World-Encircling Serpent, the Twilight World Tree, the Great Cataclysm, the Black Emperor... As one mythic template after another made its debut at Su Heng's hands,

even the evil gods could only tremble.
