The Successor to Shennong: A Clinic Across the Planes

At the headquarters of the planes stands a building untouched by the laws of any plane, though it has been closed to visitors for thousands of years... One day, Wu Rui finally uncovers the mystery of the black pearl passed down through the Shennong clan for millennia. It turns out to be a clinic independent of the five elements, one that can treat patients from countless planes across the universe. Its patients include not only humans, but also beautiful elves, fierce lizardfolk, powerful gods, and more. Treatments can also earn him abundant resources from every plane: spirit medicines, weapons, cultivation techniques, pets, you name it. But Wu Rui's ambitions are actually quite simple. He wants to treat ordinary folks on the street, squeeze a rich tycoon for a little cash now and then, and travel between planes in his spare time to hunt for treasures, go adventuring, show off, and put people in their place. Add the occasional stroke of good fortune, and life couldn't be better.
