The Great Qin Imperial Tutor

Determined to build on the achievements of six generations of his predecessors, Qin Shi Huang launched a war of unification, conquering the six states east of Mount Xiao. After ten years of warfare, he finally fulfilled his ambition: to wield his long whip and rule the world, swallow up the two Zhou states and destroy the feudal lords, claim the highest throne and command all under heaven, and wield the rod of punishment to scourge the realm, making his power resound across the four seas.

Zhou Chong, an operations executive at a leading company, unexpectedly finds himself in this extraordinary period of history. Through a twist of fate, he becomes Qin Shi Huang's imperial tutor and a household name. With Zhou Chong's help, how will Qin Shi Huang fulfill his historic mission of unifying the country? Will he build the mausoleum, Epang Palace, and the Great Wall all over again? Will he burn books and bury scholars alive again? With Zhou Chong, a great imperial tutor of his age, at his side, where will the Qin Empire go?

P.S. Qin Shi Huang is a deeply controversial historical figure. In the eyes of later generations, his infamy outweighs his achievements, obscuring many of the Qin Dynasty's valuable qualities: the Qin government's efficiency, integrity, sound legal system, commitment to the rule of law, and clear system of rewards and punishments were unmatched by later dynasties. Its approach to recruiting and using talent was also unique, and later dynasties could hardly match the Qin army's formidable fighting power. Most remarkable of all was Qin Shi Huang's ability to appreciate, grasp, and apply new ideas. Few people in Chinese history, or even human history, could compare.
