I Am the Fourth Hokage Orochimaru

Reborn as Orochimaru, this time I will become a new wind, stirring the rotting windmill that is Konoha.

I am Orochimaru, the number-one scientist in the ninja world, known as a Tailed Beast abuser, a madman for biological modification, and a master of ninjutsu. Minato Namikaze regards me as his teacher, Kakashi sees me as a father, and Madara considers me the greatest rival he has ever had besides Hashirama. I am also the founder of the Shinobi Alliance and the Fourth Hokage of Konoha, who ushered in a new era for the ninja world.
