The Pirate Alliance

This is a delightful story about a certain outlaw who legally acquires a C-rank skill from a certain agent, is forced to trade for an A-rank item, deliberately steals a B-rank skin, and is forcibly smuggled into the world of One Piece.

Assume that an average Vice Admiral has a combat strength of 100, Haki at rank B, speed at rank A, and strength at rank B. If an individual whose growth goal is to reach this level starts with a combat strength of 1, has an average annual growth rate of 1.24, and an unpredictable increase or decrease of 2.5 due to unexpected events, while the conditions that trigger the Haki system vary and are random, discuss and prove the following:

1. Describe the nature of Devil Fruits and explain how they work.

2. Explore the mechanism by which "Haki Fruits" counteract one another.
