Those Years When Housing Was Hard to Guard Against

Commercial housing in China began to rise in the 1980s, and it has gone through more than 30 years of development to 2017. During this period, batches of rich people have been born, and many wealth myths have been created. Many people have become winners in life because they bought a house, and many people sigh and regret because they missed the opportunity. Whether or not they have bought a house has become an important criterion for measuring the success of a person or a family. There was once an advertisement: "Did your mother force you to buy a house?" It became popular in the real estate market and the advertising industry. Gou Shuhan did not have such a discerning mother. Ten years ago, when he was preparing to buy a house with his first pot of gold, his mother told him: "Sooner or later, you will return to Xiangxi. Why are you buying in Shenzhen?" Gou's mother didn't force him, and he who always followed "happiness first, freedom is king" didn't force himself either. Yes, the worst he could do was to go back to the countryside in western Hunan to build a villa, so he used the money to buy the house and opened a company. However, the moon was waxing and waning, and it was unlucky when people had bad luck. Gou Shuhan's business failed. Gou Shuhan still remembers that when he first went to Shenzhen, all he saw was the advertising slogan: "You will be a Shenzhen native when you come here." Later, due to various reasons, such as renting a house, children studying without a degree, too much expenditure, failure and debt, etc., Gou Shuhan was forced to leave Shenzhen by reality. When he left, there was no heartbreak like a lover breaking up, nor was it heartbreaking like parting, but only the melancholy and blessings of saying goodbye to an old friend. After all, Gou Shuhan did not become a Shenzhen native.
