After Establishing His Foundation, the Fairy Wants to Be a Fish

[No CP] Shen Duo had gotten used to the usual cultivation novel plot, but after testing as having no spiritual roots, she was sent off to farm. Can you believe it? Well, she couldn't!

She climbed out the window in the middle of the night, and Shen Duo's gamble paid off. She became the disciple of a Nascent Soul master from a great Daoist sect, and made her way back to the cultivation world, [un]hindered by [un]known obstacles.

She figured that if she could smoothly establish her foundation and master sword flight, her life's dream would be fulfilled.

But her master, who had been waiting for her to keep working hard, form a Golden Core, and cultivate a Nascent Soul, suddenly realized that his beloved disciple spent one day picking peaches on Peak One, the next fishing for shrimp on Peak Two, then gathering spiritual tea and immortal dew on Peak Three, and the day after that harvesting beans in Hundred-Year Valley...

So her master, who longed for his disciple to become an immortal, grabbed his sword and shouted across several peaks: "Shen Duo, get your sorry self back to Four Seasons Peak!"

Everyone on the peaks was so startled that birds took flight as they gathered to watch:

"Sui He is furious."

"Sui He can swear?"

"I want to know if Sui He will really beat Shen Duo."

Beat her? Shen Duo could swear on the reputation she'd built over two lifetimes. So the young girl hurried about in a panic, then brought over a bowl of fresh shrimp and tofu soup, full of [ear]-scratching [cheek]-rubbing [grabbing]-and-[scrambling] filial devotion. "Master, I've been busy for over half a month, grinding the beans and making the tofu myself so you can have a taste.

I guarantee it's packed with spiritual energy and delicious. One sip and you'll become an immortal and ascend on the spot..."

Sui He: Heavenly Dao, please take this wicked disciple away at once!
