This Assassin is a Bit Strange

Reborn into an ancient world where sword energy runs rampant, Fang Bie is adopted by an assassin master. To his surprise, the martial arts of this world are far more prosperous than he'd imagined.

From high-ranking nobles to wandering commoners, everyone practices martial arts to protect themselves.

Determined not to become some stranger's ingredient for training, Fang Bie throws himself into learning martial arts: pressure-point techniques, lightness skills, mechanisms, palm techniques, swordplay, and methods for cultivating inner energy. Though blessed with astonishing talent, the young man is as steady as they come.

Having lived another life, Fang Bie doesn't seek an exciting existence. He only wants a peaceful one, and to live to a ripe old age.

Then one day, a young female imperial guard arrives undercover on orders and becomes his partner...
