The Rise of a Homebody

Zhou Yu wasn't a good kid. After graduating, he spent every day holed up at home, unwilling to go out. He neither looked for a job nor a girlfriend, and by all appearances he seemed like a complete good-for-nothing. This gave his parents, the Zhous, a terrible headache. They tried every method they could think of, and things even got a little strained between them, but their son still refused to leave the house.

He understood all the arguments, but Zhou Yu simply didn't like going out to work. When he ran out of money, he'd write a few novels online. None of them ever became a big hit; they earned him only a pittance, but it was better than nothing. Besides, he never went out, and he didn't smoke or drink, so he didn't have much to spend money on. He spent most of his remaining time on anime and games.

So there was little room for disagreement when it came to calling Zhou Yu a homebody.
