The Supernatural World: I Have Exceptional Insight

When Ji Que wakes up, he has transmigrated to a dangerous world where immortal mountains have collapsed and temples lie abandoned.

Here, evil spirits wear human skin, and wild gods devour marrow. A White Bone Bodhisattva speaks lotus flowers to “purify” all things, while the Old Lord refines hearts and concocts pills...

Faced with this bizarre world, Ji Que is lucky enough to possess a remarkable ability: he can save up his comprehension like banknotes and spend it later.

The more comprehension he accumulates, the more miraculous the things he can understand.

By comprehending “Swimming,” he becomes as fast as a fish in water, and can even swim swiftly across the ground.

By comprehending The Book of Benevolence, he learns a new martial art that can split a person “in two”!

By comprehending The Study of Righteousness, he unexpectedly masters a certain technique!

He comprehends The Free and Easy Wandering, Mozi, the Daoist Canon...

After that, Ji Que begins saving up for a big breakthrough, eager to see what happens when his comprehension reaches its limit.

Then one day, he can’t hold out any longer. He has been yearning for a certain dish of stir-fried food, but has never been able to get it, so he spends all his comprehension on “stir-frying and wok tossing.”

Later, the martial world spreads a rumor: not long after a terrifying Plague God descended upon the mortal realm, a passing chef killed it with a toss of his wok...
