At the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, the Han Dynasty declined and Zhuolu became the leader. Among the thirteen states of the Han Dynasty, Jiaozhou has always been understated. In the first year of Guanghe's reign, there was the "Lianglong Rebellion". Zou Ji, a native of Wucheng in Wu County, followed the governor Zhu Jun to put down the rebellion, which marked the beginning of the foundation.
