It's an old book. This book made me identify with Zhizhi**! It is also a book that I will re-read again and again and keep thinking about. This book is a slow read, and many chapters have passed when the male and female protagonists meet. The first few dozen chapters are very tear-jerking, especially the part about the heroine's mother. Later, after the male and female protagonists got married, things became sweeter. It was a completely ideal married life! I really like the way the heroine and hero meet. When they first met, it was a rainy day full of dangers. The male protagonist was strong and the reborn female protagonist was weak. They battled wits and courage, and the female protagonist finally resolved the crisis of being killed and silenced. That power play was really exciting. This must have been a very novel way of meeting people at the time. I am used to seeing female protagonists who impress male protagonists with their kindness/intellectual beauty, or use the modern knowledge brought by time travel to attract male protagonists. The witty and brave female protagonist in "Nine Purple" is really lovable.

A few read the entire book. It is also one of the few books I will re-read. While waiting for the update, I even finished the author **'s other completed books! This shows how great the author **'s writing style is. (⊙O⊙) The original world background is not what I usually like to see. I just entered it out of curiosity, and once I got into it, I couldn't get out. So I looked for books with the same material, but none of them interested me. So this is the only book I have read that travels to that primitive and savage world! Highly recommended!! I think the background of the story is not the point, but the author's writing style and imagination. The narrative technique is very light and humorous. The plot direction is even more unexpected, making me always in the trouble of catching up.
