The Tender Collection

I have loved literature since childhood, especially classical poetry. I think the ancients were truly gifted: with just a few brief words, whether in seven-character verse or five-character regulated verse, they could paint a beautiful scene in four or eight lines, inspiring, warning, or moving their readers. Today I’m following in their footsteps and scribbling a little myself. I hope you’ll forgive my rough effort, esteemed readers! Don’t laugh! Don’t take offense! Don’t sigh!
