Dark Journey to the West

In addition, when I read Chapter 3, I feel that there are many places that are not very well written. I don't know if this is due to the "writing method". The monkey has a name before he becomes a disciple? In addition, Jin Chanzi believes that the Taishang's magic power is higher than that of Master Tathagata, and there are at least two figures like the Taishang in Taoism. With these big names, they can destroy Buddhism. Here, it can be seen from the dialogue in the report that they are not good. But for the original work, it's really a big subversion.

All gods are bad, but all Buddhas are good?

It can be said that Taishang Laojun is the teacher of the gods, and the Jade Emperor is the leader of the gods. When Taishang Laojun comes to heaven, the Jade Emperor will personally come out to greet him. Therefore, Taishang Laojun plays an important role in the world of immortals. There are not only gods in heaven, but also gods on earth. (We will talk about the gods below the ground later.) There is only this layer on the ground, unlike the thirty-three layers in the sky. The sky is the "upper realm" and the earth is the "lower realm". There is no doubt that compared to the sky, the ground is the lowest level. The gods on earth are mainly distributed in the following three areas: 1. Land. 2. The ocean beyond land. 3. An isolated island deep in the ocean. These places are haunted by gods. The land is divided into four parts, namely: Dongshengshenzhou, Nanfanbuzhou, Xiniuhezhou, and Beijuluzhou. Every continent, sea, and island has its own lord-like gods of different sizes. Among all the gods on earth, Tathagata Buddha should have the greatest magic power. He recruited many students and taught Buddhism to everyone, so he was called "Buddha". His office is called Leiyin Temple, which is located on the top of Lingshan Mountain in Tianzhu Kingdom, Hezhou, Xiniu. Throughout "Journey to the West", no Buddhist immortals were found to live in the sky. But the Taoist gods are found in heaven and on earth. Therefore, Tathagata Buddha is not the leader of all the immortals on earth. He is just the leader of all the Buddhist immortals or monks on earth. So, what is the position of Tathagata Buddha in the entire world of immortals? 1. Chapter 7 of "Journey to the West" says that Tathagata Buddha went to heaven to "hear the edict". An edict is a document issued by the emperor to his ministers. Without an "edict", you can't just run up there casually. Therefore, Tathagata Buddha should be a subordinate of the Jade Emperor. 2. For Heaven, the ninth heaven is the political center of the immortal world, the thirty-three heavens are big cities, the other heavens are small cities, and the ground is the most remote area. Therefore, Tathagata Buddha can only be regarded as a prince or immortal in remote areas, and his influence in heaven is not very great. 3. Even on the ground, the influence of Tathagata Buddha is only a quarter, only Xiniu Hezhou. Even in Xiniu Hezhou, not all gods are under his jurisdiction. There are also many people who are dissatisfied with him. Therefore, the territory of Tathagata Buddha is actually very small. Therefore, although Tathagata Buddha's magic power is great, he is only a deity on the ground in the "lower realm", not a deity in the heavenly palace of the "upper realm". The status is not high, the territory is small, and it is far away from the central area of the fairy world. Therefore, compared with the "Taoist", his "Buddha" is really on the same level on earth and in heaven. If you want to expand your influence and increase your worth, you have to think of some ways. Moreover, the solution must be kept secret. Otherwise, there will be conflicts with the Jade Emperor and Taishang Laojun. As a result, Tathagata Buddha implemented a series of plans and secretly competed with the Taoist gods. The story of the conflict between Buddhism and Taoism begins from this time. The first plan is to teach Sun Wukong a good skill and cause trouble in the sky. As a result, a good show was staged that caused a big commotion in the heaven, causing Tathagata Buddha to go to heaven and convene a "Antian Conference", and he became famous all of a sudden. At this point, you may be wondering, isn't Sun Wukong's master the Bodhi Patriarch? What does this have to do with Tathagata Buddha? In fact, the Tathagata Buddha is the Bodhi Patriarch, and the Bodhi Patriarch is the Tathagata Buddha. Is a person. There is evidence for this

Emmm, I just want to ask, is it this book? 🙂

The writing is not very good To be honest, I really liked the author's ideas when I subscribed But after reading it, the story is still not deep enough, and the layout of the world tree is a bit small. The entire story of Jataka consists of the calculations and games between Tao, Buddha, Jin Chanzi, Queen Mother, Jade Emperor, etc. Throughout. However, when reading, it feels that there are not enough contradictions, conflicting points, and brain-burning. Gods cannot just use mortal methods to calculate. There are still many gods and monsters in the theme of Journey to the West. The author's classical Chinese writing skills are good, but Wu Chengen's plot characters are "copied" too much, and the entire writing style has been taken away, and it even has no soul of its own. It can barely be regarded as a fan of Journey to the West, a side story, or an annotation when reading Journey to the West.

What do people say about good books? I watched it for a long time without knowing who the protagonist was.

Very nice

It's such a pity that it was buried...

Is this the only novel by this author? Still anonymously, he wrote more novels. I only read the first few dozen words of his novel and the first few dozen words of the first chapter. I want to say that the writing is really good. I have never read a novel from more than ten years ago. What I want to reflect is that the novels I read more than ten years ago were pure, but the novels I read now are really inferior to the previous ones. No matter whether it is the revolutionary martyrs or our teachers or scientists, the novels are not as good as the previous ones. I can feel the author's thoughts from more than ten years ago. Does this author still have an account and works? Are you still alive? Just kidding.
