To everyone who reads this book The world is not unique, and there are many branches of psychology, many of which are almost antagonistic. The author's point of view (at least the first part) is very close to Jung's "Second Self" theory (it's just close, after all, I only understand it based on interest and can't really classify it) I personally recommend you to read the "Triarchy". Another point is that the author is cautious in some places and very absolute in other places. This may be due to the difference in guiding ideology. After all, there are many places in psychology that cannot be explained (at least for now) and you can only choose to believe unconditionally, and the "truth" that the guiding ideology of different branches choose to believe is not exactly the same, so I strongly recommend that psychology should not only read the works of one person, let alone only one book!
