Liu Yan is a selfish perfectionist, hopelessly mired in materialistic Beijing. In his pursuit of wealth and fame, he will stop at nothing... He treats life like a game and spends his days in a drunken stupor. Suspicious by nature, he trusts no woman and believes only in himself.
