The Martial Arts Grandmaster's Cultivation Journal

Yang Yao is one of the Chinese military's top special forces operatives, as well as a grandmaster who has trained in traditional martial arts until he can perceive an opponent's moves before they happen. He is a living legend of modern martial arts.

During a secret mission, a multicolored crystal pillar known as Eternal Energy takes Yang Yao to another world. He takes over the body of a third-rate holy son from the immortal cultivation sect Shengyuan Gate. Starting over in this new world, one found only in myths and legends, he will fulfill his unfinished dreams and seek the celestial road beyond the limits of traditional martial arts.

(Third-rate means a reserve for a reserve. A third-rate holy son is a reserve for a reserve for the current holy son of Shengyuan Gate, also known as a prospective reserve holy son.)
