The Mad Monk Rises

When a burly monk who has cultivated the Dragon-Elephant Divine Skill to its highest realm has his body taken over by the soul of a shut-in transmigrated from another world after an accident, can he still be a proper monk?

Poisoned by the internet culture of his past life, the shut-in soul takes control of an extraordinarily powerful body and begins his mighty rise in another world. Drinking, eating meat, killing, setting fires, taking a wife, and becoming a mountain chieftain: he breaks every one of Buddhism’s Eight Precepts.

The Buddhist sects’ forty-eight divine powers, the Daoist arts’ thirty-six spellcrafts, the monsters’ seventy-two transformations, and the demonic sects’ one hundred and eight kinds of magic all compete to shine, as countless schools make their voices heard.

The world’s countless divine martial arts, the grudges of the martial world, legendary tales of the martial arts world, heroes and beauties: all will take the stage.

This book pays tribute to Lord Jing Guan’s Beast Blood Boils. My writing may be limited, and I’m sure my story can’t measure up to Lord Jing Guan’s, but I hope you’ll enjoy a similar tale and revisit the classic legends of old!
