Our Daddy Is All Grown Up

‘32745, if they catch you, you have to kill yourself!’

‘Kill yourself!’ ‘Kill yourself!’

Like a nightmare, flames burned everywhere. They shifted into countless familiar faces whose names she couldn’t recall, their expressions twisted as they urged her to kill herself in different voices.

She sat bolt upright, drenched in cold sweat, and wiped her forehead. Then she stared intently at her tiny hand, no bigger than a coffee cup. Looking down at her little body, she felt more and more uncomfortable. “Who am I?”

“Your name is Yuting, Wang Yuting! I’m your father!” His sunny smile warmed her confused, helpless heart, and his broad, warm hand drew her into his embrace. “It’s all right, child. It’s all over now.” His big hand gently stroked her back.

A word from Dongmo: This is basically a story of raising someone and being raised. (Hearts in my eyes!) I just love stories about raising someone!
