I Don't Want to Be Emperor

Fu Yiran is an exceptionally clever woman, but her life is such a mess it could make you want to bang your head against a wall.

As an emperor, she is rather neglectful of her duties. When it comes to governing the country, she has all kinds of tricks up her sleeve.

As a woman, she gets entangled with men who can't stand one another.

As a mother, her son is a little oddball who likes calling every man “godfather.”

Fu Yiran certainly has plenty of stories to tell.

Two emperors are fighting over one child, while a prince from another country is neither one thing nor the other, setting off a farcical saga across several nations.

Is it passion or love, sorrow or hatred? Come along for Fu Yiran's journey as an emperor.
