Just Started at the ER, and the System Says I'm an Old Horse Still Eager to Run

The road to becoming a doctor is tough. Every step, from resident to attending physician, associate chief physician, and chief physician, is a hurdle.

Though Lu Yang has a master's degree from a top-tier 985 university, he has no connections. Even getting a job at an ordinary top-grade Class A hospital requires beating out the competition.

On his very first day, Lu Yang's supervising doctor turns him away. He feels like his head is about to split from the stress.

Luckily, the Veteran Steed Still Yearns to Gallop System awakens just in time.

A 26-year-old young man, and already yearning to gallop like a veteran steed?

A helping hand from heaven, double experience, divine focus...

Well, this is pretty great. I am a veteran steed still yearning to gallop, with my sights set on a thousand miles.

While everyone else has to clear one hurdle at a time, Lu Yang gains experience with every step and makes rapid progress.

With no one to help me reach for the clouds, I'll tread through the snow and climb to the summit myself.

No connections? Then I'll compete, and use my skills to break through the barriers.
