NBA: Randomly Gaining the Abilities of a Superstar

It was the final game of the NBA Summer League. If Chen Xi failed to put on a stellar performance, the door to the NBA would close to him forever.

Just then, he suddenly unlocked the System. Before each game, it randomly granted him the abilities and skills of an NBA superstar.

The first player he unlocked was Kobe Bryant, giving him superhuman drive and scoring ability.

By halftime of that Summer League game, he had racked up 30 points, leaving the entire arena stunned into silence.

After the game, the whole world erupted with news of the nineteen-year-old prodigy from China, but many people suspected it was just a one-game fluke.

In the games that followed, he lit up the court every time, dominating each game in a completely different way. By the end of the Summer League, all thirty NBA teams had sent him offers.

Chen Xi ultimately decided to join the Los Angeles Lakers. LeBron James had just left, and Dončić was not up to the task. It was up to Chen Xi to revive the Purple and Gold dynasty.
