Dance of the Sheep's Wrath

This story takes place in the summer of 2006, and follows an ordinary couple who work as dispatched laborers.

Passed from one intermediary agency to another, four times over, they became tools for others to make money. They were promised an hourly wage of 25 yuan, but received only 19.35 yuan. Their legally earned income was trapped by a sham contract and reclassified as a bonus. The job retention bonus, meant to be a lawful benefit rewarding loyal employees, became a way for staffing companies to profit.

Some people know the traps and jump in anyway. Others are used to following the rules and assume everyone else does, too. It's not that they don't want to be wolves; they're forced to be sheep.
