Mysterious Resurgence: The Heartfelt Music of the Zither

People kill people, and ghosts kill people too. People can kill the living, but they can't kill ghosts. I want to save people, but I can't defeat ghosts or people. Ghosts can kill people, yet they can be controlled. So I went even further: "become a ghost," "become something other." I died once. The ghost mill ground me flat, but my memories survived, and I became a conscious ghost. I came back to life as something other. In the past, I feared evil spirits. But now, there are no rules I won't break.

I am Wei Xin Lin Zhou, the person in charge of Sanjiang City. I have no grand ambitions. The person I wanted to protect is already dead. I only want to protect the city she loved.
