Popularity Above All: Making Tokusatsu Dramas Great Again

Bai Lang, who failed at roasting snacks and elbowed the concrete, transmigrates into an anime world made up of various animated and tokusatsu series.

He owes a million popularity points from the start. If a series gets a poor reception, it will be canceled and the world destroyed.

So he has to become an ultra-popular character to survive.

"But..."

"Just playing my role and earning popularity is so boring."

Bai Lang shakes his head. With everything in the future as collateral, he borrows another three million popularity points to buy features.

[Character Value: Every action taken by every character in the world is recorded, evaluated, and converted into popularity points.]

[Merchandising Plan: Design and perform as merchandise and side stories for the anime in which the character appears. The more that sells, the more popularity points you earn.]

[Series Expansion: Every time the anime's total views pass ten million, unlock presales, promotions, spinoffs, movies, and even series crossovers.]

"When it comes to making a fortune, who can beat tokusatsu fans? Becoming a Bandai rep is my only shot at survival!"

And so...

A peerless war god who specializes in fighting strange monsters appears in "Super Transformation Knight Monst".

A phantom thief girl who gets viewers screaming 'Mommy!' every day appears in "Spirit Mage Girl".

Viewers:

"We're taking off! We're going all the way to god tier! Who dares call my guy Niu Zhihao the Tokusatsu Medusa now?"

"Could all you filthy adults please stop fighting the kids over toys?"

"Guaaa! Zaibatsu Qian, reprint the Monst Driver already! What, a new form is out? I'll buy them all!"
