Psychic Affairs Bureau Three Disbandment Notice

At the Aulaken Psychic Affairs Bureau, every department has its job.

The Second Department monitors anomalies across the city, the Fourth handles things that can't see the light of day, and the Fifth locks up whatever they bring back.

The Third Department has already been disbanded.

But upstairs from the tailor shop on Old Street, people still show up for work every day.

No official positions, no funding, and the rent is overdue.

This is the Third Department of the Psychic Affairs Bureau.

As you can see, we're still open for business.
