One Punch to Speedrun the Myriad Worlds?

Xuan Yi got incredibly lucky and obtained the Gate of Myriad Worlds, which lets him transmigrate to wuxia worlds, live-action worlds, anime worlds, novel worlds...

On his first transmigration, the Gate of Myriad Worlds not only sent his physical body along, but also gave him a beginner's gift pack: Saitama's training method!

100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and a 10-kilometer run every day.

Complete them all and receive a reward: +1 to all attributes.

Amazing! It's the noble all-attributes bonus!!

People in the wuxia world: What kind of martial arts are you practicing?

Xuan Yi: I don't know martial arts. I'm naturally strong, that's all.

People in the anime world: At most, we can punch a mountain apart or sink an island. How can your punch give a planet a center parting?

Xuan Yi: I have no idea. I just threw an ordinary punch.

People in the novel world: Are you a poet or something? Why do so many laws, including those of time and space, vanish before your fists? Damn, even the Great Dao is wiped out. Is this what you call being strong?

Xuan Yi: That's just how the Great Dao of Strength works. I'm really only a tiny bit stronger than most people.
