As the Shiba family's specially made fireworks boomed across the skies above the Seireitei, the fog in the heart of Hanakage Ryumi, Seventh Seat of the Fifth Division, began to spread. What began as an investigation out of sheer curiosity inadvertently drew him into battles involving the Ryoka, the Soul Reapers, and even the future Arrancars.
