One Piece: Oh No, I’m Surrounded by Celestial Dragons

[Marines] [Mythical Zoan] [System] [Starting at God Valley] The Great Pirate Era has yet to arrive, but heroes and villains are already rising on every side. Eaton, a mere West Blue Marine sergeant, wakes up on the hunting grounds of God Valley. While his peers are still putting in time to earn promotions, he has already been placed on the Celestial Dragons' list of prey. At the brink of death, his System awakens: kill criminals and gain their crime points. From then on, hunter and prey quietly switch places. The heavier a person's sins, the faster his blade strikes. A new legend begins on the hunting grounds of God Valley. The moment Eaton's blade first falls upon a Celestial Dragon, a crack appears in the Marines' “justice” and the Celestial Dragons' “divine authority.”

Two years later, pirates have vanished from the West Blue, and the sergeant has become a colonel.

Tsuru: “Three years in the West Blue, and the pirates are gone. This young man deserves much of the credit.”

Sengoku: “The problem is, pirates aren't the only ones he's killed.”

The justice of Marine Headquarters has always been rigid. Eaton decides to give justice a new interpretation, written by his blade.

“Pirates want to cut me down, and so do the Celestial Dragons.”

“Excellent. Then none of you are leaving.”

From the West Blue to Marineford, not a single sinner will be spared.
