The World Is Frozen, I Have a Safe House with Constant Temperature

In 2045 AD, a comet named "Winter" passed by the earth, bringing a kind of cosmic dust called "extreme cold spores". This dust not only freezes the atmosphere instantly, but weirdly, it seems to be able to "absorb" the heat energy emitted by humans. The earth's surface temperature plummeted to minus 150 degrees, and continues to fall. What's even more frightening is that humans exposed to the spores will mutate into "Frost Walkers" who have lost their minds and long for warmth.
