From Qin Dynasty Orphan to Emperor for the Ages

In 221 BC, Qin unified the realm, and Ying Zheng took the title of First Emperor. The remnants of the Six States refused to give up and sent assassins one after another. Meng Zhao, a remnant of the Zhao royal house, unexpectedly met Prince Fusu and bore him a son, Ying Fei. At the time, Prince Fusu opposed the commandery-county system and wanted to restore the feudal system, so he was banished to Shang Commandery. All twenty-one of the First Emperor's sons, including his eighteenth son, Hu Hai, were mediocrities. The moment the infant Ying Fei grasped his grandfather Ying Zheng's finger, his fate changed beyond recognition. "A noble's character shines like a leopard's coat. From now on, your name will be Ying Fei, Grand Heir of Great Qin!" "I will raise Qin's Second Emperor myself!" "I am the First Emperor. Let future generations count them: the Second, the Third, and on to the Ten Thousandth, passed down without end!"
