In the second year after the founding of the new dynasty, Shi Shenheng, the magistrate of the Shangshutai, discovered a yellow silk edict stamped with the royal seal and written with the date three months later. The edict has only two lines: On March 14, Anxin County Magistrate Lu Qian, named Jiping, died at the north gate of Weiyang Palace. The autopsy examiner was Shi Shenheng.
