Kamen Rider, no... You are not a Kamen Rider, you are just a monster wearing a knight card! This is a twisted parallel universe called [Knight Twilight World]. In this world, Kamen Rider is not a symbol of justice, but a monster controlled by unknown terrifying power. They are twisted existences forcibly stitched together by human flesh and knight's leather holsters - the holsters are not worn, but grown. The knight's armor was torn out from the inside of the human body, the bones turned into armor brackets, and the flesh and blood filled the gaps in the holster. The consciousness was swallowed by some ancient evil, leaving only the killing instinct. There are no real heroes in this world, only monsters in knight's clothing wandering around. The sky of this world is always covered with a faint blood-colored mist, which is the result of the "Knight Factor" polluting the atmosphere. In the ruins of the city, human remains hunted by strange knights can be seen everywhere. Human civilization is on the verge of collapse, and the survivors are hiding in underground bunkers to survive. The most frightening thing is that this world seems to be watched by some kind of higher-dimensional existence, and that sight brings endless madness and despair.
