Great Tang: Li Er, Your Sizhi Has Gone to the Modern World Again

“Your Majesty! Princess Jinyang is missing!” “Your Majesty! The imperial seal is missing too!” Li Shimin: “Find Sizi first!” A moment later, little Sizi crawled out of the wardrobe holding a strawberry cake. Li Shimin was overjoyed. “My Sizi!” Fang Xuanling reminded him, “Your Majesty, the imperial seal.” Li Shimin looked down. “Sizi, where is my imperial seal?” Little Sizi: “At big bro’s house.” Li Shimin: “???” Only later did Li Shimin learn that this so-called “big bro’s house” was in the year 2026. Beyond the door lay a world fourteen hundred years in the future. From then on, the Tang Dynasty had its most unusual little messenger. She brought Li Shimin a map of the world. She brought Fang Xuanling a printed book. She brought Sun Simiao a stethoscope. And she would secretly pack strawberries, cake, and little gifts for her mother in her cloth bag. Before long, the Tang court's state of mind began to grow increasingly strange. “Fang Xuanling, stop studying that bottle!” “Your Majesty, I believe it holds the secrets of how future generations manufacture things!” “Master Sun, it’s time to eat!” “Let this old man have one more look at the microscope!” “Little Sizi, put down the cake!” “This one’s for Mama!” At first, Li Shimin only wanted a glimpse of the future. Until he discovered that history in the future could change along with the present. The date of little Sizi’s early death vanished from the historical records. And Empress Zhangsun, who was supposed to die of illness in the tenth year of the Zhenguan era, was given her first chance to change her fate. Li Shimin could no longer sit still. “Qin Yan.” “I suddenly think there may still be a way to save this Tang Dynasty.”
