Arms Manufacturing in the Ruins: From Nobody to Arms Tycoon

In the early 1990s, the Eurasian continent is swept up in a cataclysmic upheaval!

Chen Feng wakes to find himself reborn as an ethnic Chinese student studying in Moscow in a parallel world. In his previous life, he had been a moderator on a military forum.

With upheaval on the horizon and everyone scrambling to stock up on supplies, he binds himself to the Military Industry Revival System. It lets him reverse-engineer, repair, and upgrade obsolete equipment, and even extract the corresponding technical blueprints.

A T-72 tank sells for five hundred dollars a ton, but its blueprints are worth five million dollars once it has been taken apart.

A MiG-29 is about to be sold for scrap, but after repairs, he can flip it for a hundred times the price.

From scrap heaps in Moscow to diamond mines in Africa; from blood feuds in the Balkans to oil fields in the Middle East.

Chen Feng does not make wars. He simply helps those who need it.

Many years later, when Chen Feng is interviewed by CNN, he looks into the camera and straightens his tie. “I need to clear something up. I’m not the arms dealer people make me out to be. I’m simply defending everyone’s right to protect themselves!”
