The Whole Class Chose the Elucidation Sect, While I Defied Fate to Become a Saint in the Intercepting Sect

The [Primordial World: Investiture of the Gods Secret Realm] has appeared on Blue Star.

Every eighteen-year-old student gets just one chance to enter in their entire life.

Before entering, they can choose a faction.

The Human Sect, the Chan Sect, or the Jie Sect.

Countless veterans on Blue Star have given their verdict:

The Human Sect is the safest, but has a low ceiling.

The Chan Sect has a death rate of around forty percent, but offers abundant resources and a higher chance of inheriting a Sage's legacy. It's widely regarded as the best choice.

In the past thirty years, not one of the more than four thousand people who chose the Jie Sect has returned alive.

Everyone knows why.

The Investiture of the Gods calamity.

The Ten Thousand Immortals Formation.

Four Sages surrounding Tongtian.

The fall of the Jie Sect's ten thousand immortals.

The destruction of the sect.

Choose the Jie Sect, and even if you lie low all the way to the Great Firmament realm, you'll still be dragged into the calamity when the Jie Sect's fortune finally collapses.

Before they entered the Primordial World secret realm, their teacher warned them again and again:

“Don't choose the Jie Sect! Whatever you do, don't choose the Jie Sect!”

So the whole class rushed to cling to the Chan Sect.

Only Lin Yuan, looking at the [Fate-Reversing Inheritance] he had just awakened, silently chose the Jie Sect.

[Save someone who was fated to die in the Investiture of the Gods calamity, and you'll permanently inherit their greatest ability!]

Lin Yuan looked over the Jie Sect's long list of doomed names, and his eyes lit up.

Shi Ji?

Rescue her!

The Four Sages of Kowloon Island?

Rescue all four!

The Ten Heavenly Lords?

This isn't the Ten Ultimates Formation, it's a ten-pull gacha!

Zhao Gongming, the Three Cloud Sisters, Wen Zhong...

Everyone else saw a list of people doomed to die in the Investiture of the Gods.

Lin Yuan saw an entire pool of SSRs!

The choices were made. Just as everyone thought no one would be foolish enough to do it,

a blood-red beam of divine light representing the Jie Sect shot into the sky.

The homeroom teacher:

“Holy crap!”

“Who the hell chose the Jie Sect?!”
