The Seven Gates

The Dao is everywhere. People always think the Great Dao lies beyond the Ninth Heaven, far across a thousand mountains, never realizing that it has always been right before their eyes. All things are the Dao, and you and I ourselves are also the Great Dao. All living beings are born with innate Dao bones. There is no need to seek out secret realms in distant mountains and rivers: the true mysteries are all hidden within the three fields of the human body. The Upper Court's Spirit Platform and Sea of Consciousness, the Central Palace's Heart Field, and the Lower Dantian's Qi Sea: seven gates of innate mystery lie hidden within these three sources. Each person has a different gate hidden in a different place. Everyone has their own chance, depending only on whether they can perceive the truth and how they choose to open it.
