Cangdi

A teahouse by the river hides the boundary between yin and yang. By day, a masked guest blends into the bustle of everyday life; by night, he plays an ancient flute to soothe wandering spirits. A once-divine maiden lives quietly amid the streets and alleyways, slowly searching for her true self amid the many faces of the human world.

An immortal mountain holds traces of antiquity, while the underworld conceals layers upon layers of mysteries. Bound by nine lifetimes, their love and hatred are impossible to untangle. On one side are the simple days of tea in the mortal world; on the other, shackles from a past that time itself cannot erase. Caught in a maze of reincarnation, the two set out between the bustling human world and the netherworld on a long road no one can foresee, undertaking a destiny written for them ages ago.
