When I was in school, I always stayed away from the crowd. I always lay by the classroom window and stared at the broken, insect-eaten leaves of the trees. I hid all my thoughts in unknown dreams. I was tired of the noisy and impetuous peers around me, and I was used to spending the boring campus life alone day after day. I waved by chance on the way to school on Friday, and a taciturn girl from my class suddenly broke into my solitary world. Having been isolated from social interaction for a long time, I hesitated to accept this sudden kindness.
