Flowers Bloom on the Luo River

Before the Myriad Worlds came into being, two flowers bloomed in chaos, one black and one white, growing as twin blossoms. The first consciousness to awaken named them the Twin Flowers of the Other Shore. After naming them, he fell into a long slumber. After endless cycles of reincarnation, the twin flowers took human form. Their benevolent aspect became Huang Mengyi, who joined the Qingyun Sect; their evil aspect became Lin Shihan, who was taken to the Netherworld Valley. Two people were always silently protecting them: senior brother Wei Rufeng and junior sister Leng Rushuang. Born from the pollen shed by the twin flowers, they had guarded them through countless cycles of reincarnation, waiting only for the chance for the flowers to reunite. The four traveled together through the myriad heavens, crossing the Four Wastes and Eight Domains. Fighting side by side, they forged an unbreakable bond. Yet the shadow of the Supreme Order never stopped looming over them. When a carefully orchestrated ambush came, Wei Rufeng and Leng Rushuang stayed behind, burning up their very essence before vanishing as streaks of light. Deprived of their protection, the twin flowers grew on alone in desperate circumstances. They inherited the legacies of three elders older than the Myriad Worlds and learned the truth about the Twin Flowers of the Other Shore. At last, at the bottom of the Luo River, they let go of the opposition that had endured since time immemorial. White light and black radiance merged, and Zang Luo emerged from the river. She shattered the Supreme Order and stepped through the rift, moving the being known as “Zang Yan” to compassion. She reached a realm no one had ever attained: the Circle. She swam upstream through the river of time, severed the chains of causality, and brought back the two who had taught her how to protect others. This is a story about protection. Not the charity of the strong toward the weak, but about those who are in darkness themselves and still choose to light a lamp for someone else.
