The days are dull and fragmentary, and the time is gentle and long. In the lives of most of us, there are no dramatic plots, only daily fireworks and emotions and tenderness hidden in the details.
This is a life diary belonging to ordinary people, recording every moment in ordinary years. There are the trivial daily life of daily necessities, the warmth and healing that accompanies growth, as well as the emo moments when alone, and the subtle insights of self-reconciliation.
Life will never always go smoothly, there will be moments of exhaustion and anxiety, there will be nights of internal self-consumption, and we will also be healed by ordinary little things and daily gentleness. I wrote down and archived all my joys, sorrows, joys, thoughts, and fragments of life.
Don't write grand stories, just remember real life. There are three meals and four seasons of fireworks here, there is the small beauty of healing yourself, there is the self-salvation of slowly growing up, and there is also the tenderness and helplessness of ordinary adults.
Time moves forward slowly, and life continues as usual year after year. I hope everyone who reads this diary can find their own tenderness and strength in ordinary daily life, accept their imperfect selves, live seriously, and slowly heal themselves.
