Acting in the Heavens: The Marauder's Journey

Yuan Ge accidentally binds himself to the “Proxy System” and becomes a plunderer who travels across the Myriad Worlds. Each time he arrives in a new world, he must take the place of someone with a particular identity: perhaps a pirate king, a shadowy agent, or even a god who commands life and death. He doesn’t just assume their identity. He also plunders every opportunity, power, and glory belonging to the original owner, making it all his own. From the bloody storms of the pirate world to the schemes and rivalries of the ninja continent; from the undercurrents of ordinary cities to clashes over the laws of the divine realm... He steals the fortunes of fate amid flashing blades and political intrigue, and crowns himself king amid betrayal and bloodshed. Wearing the original owner’s skin, he walks a harsher, more efficient path to the top. Some curse him for usurping another’s place; others fear his insatiable plundering. Yuan Ge doesn’t care. The System’s prompt is his only battle hymn, and the spoils of countless worlds are his highest honors. “Acting as a proxy?” Standing at the summit of the heavens, he looks down at the heaps of corpses and endless treasures below, a cold smile curving his lips. “It just means putting on a better skin so I can take everything I’ve set my sights on...” This is a brutal game spanning endless dimensions. And he is destined to be its sole winner.
