A Life Guide for Highly Sensitive People

Let me first talk about the chapter structure of this book. Each section is a short structure of "story + inspiration + conclusion" independently. In addition, since I am a highly sensitive person and there are many similar people around me, I have written a life guide for myself through my personal experience and insights into the people and things around me, and I hope it can help you. I really like to watch about human nature and realistic themes, and I will also gain enlightenment after watching through thinking and immersing myself in the characters. I have been interested in the field of psychology since high school, but because I am too sensitive, I dare not study in depth. I think that studying psychology is just for a better life, and I don't want to just be immersed in research and analysis. Through the study of philosophy, psychology and humanistic theories, I feel that I am a person who regards curiosity and desire for exploration as internal driving forces. Other utilitarian worldly desires cannot keep me passionate forever. Although I also love money, I think it is inevitable to fall into internal friction before clarifying my own thinking. Instead of falling into internal friction from time to time, it is better to spend time and energy to analyze "self" clearly, and only by clarifying pain can the pain be solved. The pain does not come from the event itself, but from the ambiguity and confusion. Living clearly and comfortably is the ultimate goal I pursue in my life.
