Dreaming of a Daughter of Gold

Su Tong is a cleaner in a high-end community. She dropped out of junior high school, her parents died, and she stayed at her aunt's house and was bullied. Her only solace was to pick up old books in the trash. One day, she found a parchment map in the moldy "Illustration of Everything", which pointed to an abandoned chemical factory on the outskirts of the city. Su Tong copied her painting talent and instantly became a talented painter. Her works were discovered by galleries and their prices soared. But her memory began to break - she forgot her mother's appearance and the agreement she made with her childhood sweetheart Lin Mo. There are three emotional bonds: the innocent protection with Lin Mo (a security guard who has had a crush on her for ten years), the jealousy and understanding with her half-sister Su Jin (a well-known painter), and the manipulation and betrayal with the investor Gu Nan (a mysterious collector). The arc of growth went from "using false talents to fill her inferiority" to "facing her incomplete self". In the end, she chose to destroy the machine and exchange her memory for Lin Mo's life (Lin Mo was seriously injured and fell into coma to save her). Fateful conflict: She discovers that this machine is the legacy of her father (a physicist).
