Rather than arranging events as clues, the author chose to narrate with the protagonist's emotions as clues, and a large amount of space was used to describe the protagonist's too subtle emotional changes, making it more like a prose style than a novel; furthermore, the emotional advancement between the several protagonists was too implicit, with a Platonic feel; and due to the problem of narrative perspective (the protagonist's emotions), Lahode's vision is lacking to a certain extent.
