Twins Track Record

Two meteors fall and a world wakes up. They don't know where they come from, they just know they want to walk towards the light. The meteor falls and the memory returns to zero. At the junction of light and darkness, all things are born. The bracelets come in pairs and the capes are reversed. They forget themselves, but remember each other. (I am an OC, and I have some lightning skills, so I can avoid lightning myself, but GB can)
